Crystallized Silicon designer cabochon 3/4/2018 01 - 40 x 21 x 5.2 mm - 31 carats - Here is a beautiful cab cut from pure man-made silicon. While this material is still molten liquid it's poured out into large molds and as it cools the top layer forms these very pretty crystals. The top of this stone is left untouched to preserve these crystal forms and then cut to a designer rain drop shape. It has a crystal textured top, girdled sides and a flat beveled back all with a metallic mirror-like luster.
