Leather's Ranch purple plume agate gem 2/16/2018 01 - 24 x
20 x 5.7 mm - 19 carats - This very rare material has
beautiful pink and white plumes in purple amethyst colored
chalcedony. Leather's Ranch in Oregon was an old rock hound
spot many years ago. The one of a kind seam was played out
and is now an extinct species. This small yet potent stone
has beautiful colors and plumes plus some druzy pockets and
is free-form cut with a high dome, rounded sides and a flat
beveled back all with high gloss luster. Philip Stephenson
stopped by my booth in Quartzsite and gave me this one
extremely rare piece to cut. Thank you Philip! Here is a
