Indonesian Purple Plume agate designer gem 2/16/2018 01 - 47 x 27 x 2.2 mm - 19 carats - I got this material from Sue Gallagher - thanks Sue! It comes from Indonesia and is largely unavailable in the US at present. This pretty and light weight cabochon is cut to a paisley flame shape with a very low dome, girdled sides and a flat beveled back all with a nice glossy luster with some surface flaws due to the nature of the material.
